Shipping & Delivery Policy

 Order Processing / Handling Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday), excluding holidays.

  • If there’s any delay (e.g. due to stock, carrier issues), we will notify you via email.

 Domestic Shipping (within Canada)

  • UPS Ground Shipping (1-5 business days)

  • Local Delivery (Calgary area only): typically within 1-3 business days. 

  • Shipping cost: calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination

  International Shipping

  • We ship to select international destinations via UPS International. 

  • International shipping times vary and shipping costs depend on weight and package dimensions. 

  • Customs, duties, import taxes are the customer’s responsibility.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, import duties, local postal carriers, or other third-party delays.

  Shipping Restrictions / Exclusions

  • Due to the fact that we do not use Canada Post, we do not ship to PO boxes / APO / FPO addresses

  • We may have restrictions on certain large or heavy items.

  • Remote-area surcharges may apply for deliveries to outlying or rural locations

  Bulk Orders

  • For bulk or unusually large orders, shipping costs will be calculated on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us via email so we can provide an accurate shipping quote. 

 

  Lost / Damaged / Missing Packages

  • Once the package is confirmed shipped, the tracking number will be shared with you

  • If the package is lost or damaged in transit, contact us within 7 to 14 days after expected delivery date at info@ibarisatanda.com

  • We will work with the carrier to file a claim and either reship or refund you (after the claim has been resolved)

  • Note: For international shipments, claims may be limited by carrier policies and international liability constraints

  Changes, Cancellations & Returns During Shipping

  • Orders cannot be modified once shipped

  • If your order has not yet shipped, we can cancel or modify upon request
