At Ibaris Atanda Naturals, we take pride in our handmade products. Due to the nature of these products and the costs involved in shipping, we do not accept returns at this time.

 

Why we do not offer returns:

  • We cover 40–50% of the shipping costs to provide you with more affordable delivery options.

  • Because of this, we cannot accommodate standard product returns.

Damaged or defective items:

  • We want you to be satisfied with your order. If a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.

  • Please provide photo evidence of the damage or defect.

  • We will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis and work with you to determine the best way to make it right, which may include a partial refund, replacement, or other solution.

  • As our business grows, we plan to review and revise this policy to better serve our customers while maintaining our commitment to high-quality handmade products.
